For sale is a 1969 Ford Thunderbird 2-Door Ford Landau. This car was donated to Los Medanos College in Pittsburg CA (where it is currently located) by a faculty member who owned the car for 30+ years. The car was taken off the road approx. 10 years ago due to a steering box issue and is off the DMV computers currently. The car holds a clean title and is in very good condition for its age. The car has 102k original miles on it. This Thunderbird is a parts car (so it does not run or move under its own power); it is missing the engine and transmission only, pretty much everything else is there. The car was originally a 429ci, C6 Automatic car with a long list of options including factory A/C. The engine and transmission have been removed, however many of the engine accessories and the Ford 9" Rear end are still on the car. The interior is mostly complete as well. The body is in excellent condition considering the age and has very little rust. All proceeds from selling this car will go to the Los Medanos College Automotive Repair and Technology Program.
