This is original 72 Rally Nova. The Rally Nova came standard with 350 3spd on the floor. There was not many of these cars made in 72. This has since been painted original color and the Rally stripe removed. Paint job is not perfect <10 footer> but still looks nice/shiny. These cars were basically a cheaper SS Nova. These have the same suspension option as SS and the 350 was a 2 barrel carb and 3spd tranny to be less expensive on surcharges and insurance for SS option. There was around 30,000 of these made in 72 so im sure there are not many left in this condition being mostly original. You can buy the stripe kit for around $150. These are very collectible. It has a powerful original Chevy 350 motor which runs good. It is original 2 barrel carb which is a nice gas saver. This car actually get around 20 mpg's which is great for family cruises and small road trips to shows or? It has power drum breaks and they work good. This car has 108k original miles on car. Engine and tranny are original to car. Engine was rebuilt about 2 years ago and has been driven very little. I would say less than 5k miles on new rebuild. The interior and exterior are in good condition with a few minor flaws from age and wear. Some bubbles are coming up from behind doors in front of rear wheels wells. The dash has some rust around heater vents from condensation from windshield. Dashpad has a couple of cracks. Seats were recovered with cloth at some point and the carpet is faded with age. This car has the original gm protecto-plate that came with car when it was sold. It was sold in Middletown, Oh according to protecto-plate. I bought the car off of original owner last year and have driven it on weekends and occasionally to shows. This car is not mint or a $20k trailor queen, but is a very good daily driver and wouldn't take much to make it mint. Im no body man so please come look at car. Great car to drive to car shows and show off. Has a set of $800 Goodyear redline tires on car. Everything on this car works. All lights and electronics. It will also come with original set of rally's which is the same as rims in the trunk picture. This is in addition to the set of stock redline tires and stock COPO rims, so you will get two sets of rims and tires. This a very fun car to drive and drives good. Interior is in good condition, needs dash pad and heater vent panel but can use as is, body is in good condition and has no visible rust. It does have a couple of bubbles on body behind doors at bottom. Floor pans, rockers and trunk look/feel solid. If you have any questions please contact for more info or to set up to see car.
