This has been a great car and has been in the family for many years. My son-in-law converted it from an automatic to a 5 speed manual transmission. In addition, he put in 1996 prelude vtec engine in. The car body has around 280,000 miles the engine and tranny now have around 80,000 miles on them. This engine has had the valves adjusted every 10,000 miles and runs like a champ. A couple of years ago before he sold it to my teen age son, he replaced the suspension with a very nice adjustable suspension. It has some pretty cool halogen rings on the headlights. This car is fast and handles like a dream still. It does now need some TLC. The leather seats are cracked, one of the windshield wipers does not work, and some of the trim on the right side has fallen off. We do still have the piece. The tires are nearly new. This car could still be a sweet ride for someone with some time to do some some minor repairs. It might also be a nice parts car for someone who is fixing up their ride. I would have no problems heading on a road trip with this car right now. Neither me or my son are great with cars so instead of the hassle of fixing this one up, I got him a newer one.
