Some history on this neat project car (which we know from the pictured cowl tag) is that this car was the 1247th one built in Janesville, Wisconsin. The original exterior color was Ruby Maroon Metallic with Tan Mohair interior. (Just a little bit of history). Has the original 216 6-cyl. engine. Runs good, 3-speed transmission on-tree. New: alternator, 12 volt battery and fan belt. Has new exhaust from front to back. Brakes have all been rebuilt with turned drums, new shoes, rebuilt master cylinder. 4 new tires (P205-70-15). New windshields with new seals, new quarter glasses with new seals, back glass has new seal. Needs new glass in doors; drivers side is there but smoky and the passenger side glass is missing. New tail lights, trunk hinges. Body of car has been soda-blasted; no bond-o in car. Some rust in front floors, rockers and below taillights in rear. Very little rust in trunk floor. Would be a great car to finish restoration to original or street rod. Either way, this would be a great solid project car. All parts pictured are included with this listing. All gauges and speedometer work good. Headlights and taillights need to be wired back up. Have a clean/clear title.
