Posting up my 96 mustang gt for sale. The is an automatic and needs some tlc but it is VERY reliable and is one of the quicker mustang I have seen around. With some sticky tires, and a rear gear change the car WILL go 12's. It has gone 13.4@104 mph on a 2.0 sixty foot in the 96 degree heat in NC!! Car has 157k on the body but has a new 2001 mustang gt PI motor swap with 70k on it installed professionally by BNT performance in Wilmington, NC. Car has been tuned professionally by Fastlane motorsports of Raleigh, NC and has had the fuel pump and headers installed by them as well. Car makes high 270 wheel horse power through the automatic! I have a dyno of 260whp and some change before the headers/pulleys and some other bolt ons. Here is the mod list which, all of this has been replaced within 10k miles and I'm sure there's more: Motor from 2001 mustang gt installed with 70k miles. SCT XCAL II hand held tuner With laptop cord and software Ford racing C Springs all the way around KYB agx shocks (4 ways up front, 8 or 9 ways in the rear) Ford racing performance parts front control arms Hooker longtube headers (labor alone was $400!) Steeda under drive pulleys (ac delete pulley installed) along with new serpentine belt C & L intake maf (I believe it is a 80mm) C & L upper intake manifold Professional products 70 mm tb C&L intake tube Dr gas off road x pipe with o2 bung welded in for wideband gauge (currently has a o2 bung plug installed) 2.5" or 3" dual exhaust all the way back Dynomax ultra flow ss mufflers (car sounds VERY tasteful) rear seat delete Big brakes..PBR brakes up front with drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads. Walbro 190lph (also replaced the seal that goes around the funnel into the gas tank, and fuel filter) MSD ignition coil packs 8mm Ford racing wires New starter New alternator New odometer gear New plugs New $40 bright sylvania bulbs Spoilerless trunk lid...no key to it though. 17" gun metal bullits with polished lip, rears have spacers on them. I have some random spare parts, and a Haynes manual as well. Tires- 275/45/17 good years on the rear (around 60% tread) 245/45/17 on the front (needs one replaced sometime soon) Car was in a minor fender bender, and was repaired but needs paint, but don't let this scare you away this car is STRONG, and drives straight!! Would make a GREAT car to fixup or swap into a foxbody mustang (it's a almost bolt in affair!) The car needs a transmission!! It will go into reverse fine but has no forward gears most of the time. I moved up here to find a job and have no more money to sink into the car. Alas I'm going to sell it to someone who can afford to fix the car. My loss is your gain, this car has over 3k in parts and labor into it alone!! I'm will sell outright, or will consider any trades be it we trade and give me cash....or we trade and I give you cash.
