This is a one owner,central Florida 78 Ranchero ,351W,factory air,still has original spare tire and jack.The original owner passed away and the car went into storage for from what I was told,7 years until his grandson took possesion of it and did one modification of installing rear disc brakes.Other than that,the car is totally original,very nice interior,seat has one small tear,no cracks in dash,carpet is new factory replacement due to a spill of some chemical which ate a small area in original carpet.All weatherstrip in doors and window tracks are like new,all glass is perfect.The body is solid,bottom of doors,rockers, floors,and tail gate have no signs of rust but,there is a small rust hole about the size of a dime at the upper rear quarter panel on both sides of car right where the upper bed chrome trim turns towards the tail gate.Car has never been repainted so there is no hidden bondo but, the car could stand a repaint due to it`s age and parking lot scratches.All heat and AC vacum controls work perfectly.Comes with second set of original factory wheels and tires.Tires on the car and on extra set of wheels are in excellent condition.Car runs,drives and stops very well.Steering and suspension very solid.Also included is a new body stensil kit(woodgrain).Car has clear open title.Photo shows loaner dealer plate on rear bumper but I am selling car as individual not dealer.On Feb-02-11 at 16:38:07 PST, seller added the following information: When auction was posted the milage was 76,820.We have been using this vehicle quite allot in the past two weeks and it now has 77,320 milesOn Feb-02-11 at 16:41:03 PST, seller added the following information: Also just did vehicle service,fresh oil/filter change and new fan belts
