This Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo was recently traded in on the purchase of a new car at a local New Car Dealership. It has a 1 owner clean carfax, runs fantastic, and all the options work just great! When we got this Jeep we took it in for VA State Safety Inspection. It passed without needed a single repair. Our Repair Shop did make a few recommendations. Per their suggestions, they did an oil change and transmission flush (with synthetic fluid), not because there were any problems but just as normal mileage maintenance. The serpentine belt showed a little wear so that was replace. The front Hood struts were a little weak so we had those replaced. All in All we had nearly $700 worth of work done so this Jeep is ready to ride without issue or worry! I would describe this Jeep as being in in Very Good to Excellent Condition! This 1 Owner Jeeps appears to have been lovingly driven. I do not suspect this Jeep has been driven off road or abused. Plus, it does not have a tow hitch, so it has not been put under the strain of towing large items. It appears this Jeep was just someone’s mode of basic transportation, and that’s what you want in an SUV! The Bright Silver Metallic Metallic Clearcoat Color that looks Amazing. I would suspect this Jeep has been garage kept. The Silver Exterior combines with a Set of 16" Factory Alloy Wheels for Sharp Curb Appeal. The exterior is a combination of Bright Silver and Black that Looks Great! Molded lower body panels iconic of the Grand Cherokee combine with Black Door Handles, Dark Window Tint, Dark Gray Front and Rear Bumpers and an Adjustable Roof Rack for a tough and sporty look. There is also dual accent Black Pin Stripe. Usually these Jeeps come with a white pin stripe that is subtle and almost un-noticeable. However, this Black Dual Stripe really looks great. All of these exterior body panels are in above average condition. The lower panels are still dark and do not have any fading, the door handles are bright black, the roof rack and adjustable rails are also free from rust, corrosion, or significant wear. The Exterior of this Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo is loaded with features that you would find in most luxury SUVs. The commanding road presence of this Jeep is fantastic. You will find the exterior condition to be in Great Condition. You will find there to be far less than average wear on this SUV. We typically see Jeeps of this age with a lot more wear. Exterior Features are Abundant. It Features Rear Wiper and Defrost. This rear hatch opening as one solid piece is a great feature, you can stand right next to the bumper when you are loading or unloading cargo. Also you can pop open the rear window and let large items hang out the back. Another feature I have found particularly useful with this rear hatch is the ability to use it as a sun shade in the summer. You can pop the hatch and stand underneath for shade to offer some relief while outdoors. The rear bumper has non skid to make getting in and out easier and safer. This Hatch opens up to the spacious rear cargo area. Back here, you fill find more extras and surprises. Under mounted in the floor is a spare tire. A Retractable Cargo Cover protects valuables or is easily removed for added cargo space. The original cargo cover is included. Even with the back seats up, you will find plenty of cargo area. The high roof and squared off rear end allows for a lot of stuff to be tossed in the back. We actually packed up 4 girls with a week's work of clothing, shoes, accessories, hair products, etc for a road trip in one of these Jeeps. Even with all our stuff and snacks, we still have room for a shopping stop at an outlet mall. Wow! You will find this SUV to be in overall Above Average condition. The overall stance, color, and add ons make for a fantastic SUV! This Jeep Grand Cherokee is riding on a set of Factory 16” Alloy Wheels and Tires. The front tires are new Michelins and the rear tires are not brand new but they had no trouble passing VA State Safety Inspection. Overall, the exterior of this Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo is just great! The paint is very shiny and glossy, I would even suspect it to have been garage kept! You may find a normal little door ding or a small scuff, but this Jeep is in much better condition that it should be. There is a small scuff on the rear fender well, driver’s side but it is barely noticeable and hard to get to show up in the pictures. So, this Jeep looks great and is ready to go. Overall, the Exterior looks Good considering the age and mileage of this Jeep. If you have realistic expectations you will love this Jeep and be very pleasantly surprised. Interior: The Interior of this truck is also in Excellent Condition. As a Jeep Grand Cherokee you will find this SUV to be Loaded Up with tons of Options! From Front to Back, Top to Bottom, Luxury Surrounds! The interior of this Jeep is a combination of Gray, Black, and Stainless Steel Looking Trim. You will find supple Sport Cloth Seats, Matching Carpets and Floor Mats, Combination Gray Dash with Subtle Stainless Steel Trimmed Accents on the Dash. The seats in this Jeep have soft sport cloth upholstery. The seats are in overall excellent condition. The seats are free from any rips, have no holes, no burns and no stains. This Grand Cherokee Has an Awesome Factory Sound System with CD, In Dash Cassette, Radio and Sounds Great. There is a factory amplifier for the radio mounted under the back seat. This Radio also feature RDS, so it tells you the name of the artist and song playing on the radio. The Front Dash has AC Power Source, Radio Head Unit, and Climate Control. Overhead you will find Multi Function Digital Driver's Information Computer. This Computer Displays items such as Outside Temperature, Average and Instant Miles Per Gallon, Direction Traveling and More! The inside of this Jeep smells fine with no funny or obnoxious odors anywhere in this truck. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and do not think this Jeep has been smoked in before. I do not see small pet hairs so I do not believe there have been animals in this SUV. This Jeep is So Nice, Even the Foot Pedal and Floor Pans are Clean. Both Front Seats are Power Adjustable with Easy to Use and Reach Controls. On the left side of the each seat are the power control knobs. Both Driver and Passenger Seats are multipoint power adjustable. There are dual front adjustable height shoulder belts. There are 2 Front and 2 Rear Adjustable Height Head Rests. The rear headrests quickly remove fold down when the rear seats are flipped down for cargo space. The front seats are high back captain style. The rear is a flip and fold split bench. The flip-able rear seat increases cargo space and versatility. The rear seat splits into two sections and thus can be folded down in two separate sections so you can customize the cargo area. The cargo area is carpeted and has hooks for securing items, a cargo net, and rear cargo cover. This super easy to drive Automatic Transmission Features Overdrive. You can turn the overdrive off. The gear shifter is located on the center console and the OD on / off switch is on the side of this shifter. This Jeep has Power Windows (with child lock safety), Power Door Locks, Power Exterior Side View Mirrors, and Cruise Control. Features continue with intermittent front wind shield wipers. There are dual front vanity mirrors. Each mirror had a cover, adjustable light, and expandable sun shade on the side. The Front Console has storage galore. There are 2 Front Cup Holders, molded to accommodate several cup sizes, Center Armrest with Deep Storage and contoured media and change storage, and Large Lighted Glove Box. This Jeep has 1 key, complete with 1 remote key fob. The original owner's manual is in the glove box. There are 2 front cigarette lighters/ac power sources with unused ashtray. There are 3 passenger entry handles and two garment hooks for hanging clothes. Overhead there are two front passenger lights, two for rear passengers and one overhead cargo light. The Rear Cargo Area is Super Convenient! The Rear is a Full Lift. This means you can, with one hand, lift the entire hatch up. This makes loading and unloading cargo so easy as you don't have to reach over a tailgate, you get to stand right next to the bumper. Or the other option is to only open the rear window. This is convenient for having extra long cargo or even toting around your pets. The Cargo area Features: Cargo Pull out Cover, Rear Carpet, Tie Hooks, and More! Recessed Mounted in the Rear Cargo Area is a Full Size Spare Wheel. The jack is mounted under the rear. Overall the Interior of this Jeep Grand Cherokee is in Excellent Condition. This Jeep shows a lot less wear than I would expect from a 2003 Model SUV. There are a few, usual wear issues I will point out. First, there is a rip in the carpet on the driver’s side. It is under the floor mat and not noticeable unless you look under the mat, but it is there and obvious when you look for it. There is some wear on the driver seat right side lower bolster. It is not ripped and not obviously noticeable but I want to mention. Under the Hood: This Super Powerful and Practical Inline 6 Engine never lets you down. With a long standing reputation for dependability this Jeep is in high demand. This Jeep has a factory tow package so you can easily take with you whatever you want. I would suspect that this factory tow hook up has never been used. This is a good thing since this Jeep was not strained hauling oversized loads. This Jeep has a 4.0 liter Inline 6 Cylinder engine. It has an automatic transmission with overdrive and automatic locking 4x4. The 242 cu in engine produces 195 hp @ 4,600 rpm and 230 lb ft torque at 3,000 rpm. Even with this power, this Jeep gets 21+ miles to the gallon. Wow! Plus, these Jeeps perform very well in all climates. Got Snow, no problem, this Jeep will easily make it down a snowy road safety. Want to go out on the beach, no problem, just air down the tires and have fun! Driving Impressions: We have driven this SUV around town and on the highway and it drives great. The alignment is straight and true and brakes have no pulsating. All of the mechanics of this SUV operate properly. I would have no issue selling this to a friend or family member. As state above, we did have several recommended, but not required, repairs done to make this Jeep as Great as It Should Be! I personally love driving the SUV.
