THIS CAR DOESN'T HAVE ANY STORIES. ALTHOUGH THE CAR HAS HIGH MILEAGE, AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE PHOTOS IT HAS BEEN VERY WELL CARED FOR. THE LEATHER HAS NO WEAR AND THE CARPETS ARE ALMOST PERFECT. THERE ARE A FEW IMPERFECTIONS ON THE ARM RESTS. OTHER THAN THAT, THE INTERIOR IS SPOTLESS. THE CAR HAS JUST BEEN SERVICED BY OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WE INSTALLED NEW GOOD YEAR EAGLES ALL THE WAY AROUND, A NEW SET OF BRAKES AND NEW REAR SHOCKS, FRESH OIL CHANGE AND FILTERS. AS NORMAL, THE HEADLINER WAS SOMEWHAT WORN SO IT WAS REPLACED. THE EXTERIOR OF THE CAR IS VERY STRAIGHT AND CLEAN, ALTHOUGH IT DOES HAVE SOME NORMAL WEAR ON THE NOSE BUT NOTHING STANDS OUT. FOR A TEN YEAR OLD CAR, THIS CAR RUNS VERY WELL AND WOULD BE A GREAT DEPENDABLE DRIVER. FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST OF A NEW 300 SERIES, THIS CAR IS ABOVE AVERAGE. THIS BEAUTIFUL 325I IS VERY NICE AND STRAIGHT AS A RAIL.THE LEATHER AND WOOL CARPET ARE ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. THIS CAR DOESN'T HAVE ANY STORIES. ALTHOUGH THE CAR HAS HIGH MILEAGE, AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE PHOTOS IT HAS BEEN VERY WELL CARED FOR. THE LEATHER HAS NO WEAR AND THE CARPETS ARE ALMOST PERFECT. THERE ARE A FEW IMPERFECTIONS ON THE ARM RESTS. OTHER THAN THAT, THE INTERIOR IS SPOTLESS. THE CAR HAS JUST BEEN SERVICED BY OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WE INSTALLED NEW GOOD YEAR EAGLES ALL THE WAY AROUND, A NEW SET OF BRAKES AND NEW REAR SHOCKS, FRESH OIL CHANGE AND FILTERS. AS NORMAL, THE HEADLINER WAS SOMEWHAT WORN SO IT WAS REPLACED. THE EXTERIOR OF THE CAR IS VERY STRAIGHT AND CLEAN, ALTHOUGH IT DOES HAVE SOME NORMAL WEAR ON THE NOSE BUT NOTHING STANDS OUT. FOR A TEN YEAR OLD CAR, THIS CAR RUNS VERY WELL AND WOULD BE A GREAT DEPENDABLE DRIVER. FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST OF A NEW 300 SERIES, THIS CAR IS ABOVE AVERAGE. EVERYTHING ON THIS CAR FUNCTIONS AND YOU CAN BID WITH CONFIDENCE THAT YOU ARE BUYING A VERY STRAIGHT, NO HISTORY, BMW! This is a great previously owned vehicle.

Warranty Information Most of our cars are no longer under a manufactors warranty. We will offer a satisfaction guarantee for any car, if you are not happy with a car upon arrival to take delievery we will allow you to decline the car and cancel your bid (we will not accept "return" of cars after they have been removed from our supervision and the State of Arkansas). That's satisfaction Guaranteed. On select automobiles, certain types of warranties may be appropriate. Our "frame" up / Nut and Bolt restorations are warrantied to represent a correct restoration of the particular automobile as described. Terms and Conditions Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end. If no other arrangements for payment have been made after the deposit and balance not received within 5 days then after 7 days your deposit can be considered liquidated damages on your failure to complete the contract and the item relisted.. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles over 5 years old or with more than 100K miles unless you have clearly arranged financing for a collecter car or Car of Special Interest..
