Up for sale is a very rare Vintage Honda TL 250 Trials Bike. This bike is bone stock and all original. Bike starts easily, runs and idles nice. The bike is all there except for the side covers. The bike has the custom spacers from B&J racing and a smaller rear sprocket with less teeth for a little more top end. You can now have B&J make any size rear sproket you want. It also has the OEM light kit. This bike is great for climbing steep hills, trail riding or narrow goat trails. I get like 70 miles of trail riding according to my GPS on one gallon of gas. Riding this bike is great exercise and a great way to spend the day putting around in the woods. Also with the headlight you can stay out a little longer as the light lights up the trail nicely. The tank has no dents and is real nice. As is the rest of the bike. Very hard to find a bike as nice as this one with lights. Bike is also registered here in Maine so if you live here it is great for getting from one trail head to another. The cops can't touch you and it is exempt from inspection. The bike is quiet as a mouse. Great when driving near property owners homes. They don't even look up. I also have a second TL250 that ran perfect till I drove it through what I thought was a shallow puddle. It turned out to be a deep jeep rut and the bike went in up to the tank. I beleive water got into the motor and ruined the crank bearings. You can get a whole crank shaft as there are several on here right now for less than a $100. The bearings are like $40 bucks. Will also throw in tons of spare parts including a second light kit, two sets of coils, a skid plate, lower engine cases, rear axel, wiring harness, brand new complete alien head bolt kit, an oil pump, the service manual a seat and another tank. I am looking for a snowmobile and would consider a trade. I like AC's ZR's, 98 or newer 500 & up or maybe a Fire cat. I would rather not ship this bike.
