Precisely calculated reinforcements in the sill areas and sturdy transitions at the joints between the A and B-posts and the floor assembly give the TT Roadster its excellent torsional rigidity. The soft top with its large heated glass rear window can be opened and folded down in a single action. It has an electrically retractable wind deflector made of safety glass are also available. The wind deflector's rounded edge follows the outline of the two rollover bars and prevents unwelcome turbulence. Active safety plays a central role in the TT Roadster. Get in and hit the key..all the bells and whistles. The car launches and drives really nice. The factory 17 wheels were replaced with these modular MIRO 18 inch rims and new tires a few months a go.____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ WHY ARE WE SELLING IT?We are moving to Puerto Rico. The shipping has proven expensive and yes, a US commonwealth imposes a tax on imported cars.We have opted to sell this as a result. I spent a lot of money on wheels and tires, doing a color change on the interior..(who does that if you plan to sell a car)We did the tuneup and major timing belt, tensioner job that Audi calls for. Somebody will score on this deal.. The car did have a headlight and fender knocked. out from an accident. I had the hood replaced as well with a factory bumper cover, updated to newer style LED Halogen bean lights.The car is stunning in person. It includes the toneau cover, 6 disc CD player, and one remote keyfob with switchblade key. normal wear on door handle Audi CONCERT stereo system No scuffs or damage like a high mileage vehicle would show. This vehicle came equipped with baseball style leather seats. I opted to change them to black leather, as one seat had a very small tear and we decided it was less expensive and like the styling of the black leather better. This included anything in "leather" tones to be switched, such as shifter and steering wheel. I do have all of the original parts in my garage, but re not part of the auction. Back window had to be resealed, and now it does not leak. miniscule paint scratch with the proper lighting, you can see this clear coat chip. beautiful, no chips. Clearcoat is perfect, as we had it redone, too. $2200 in wheels and tires. I do have the originals for sale separately. You cannot possibly find a scratch or blemish on these. A few months old, the tires are sticky and really make it nice to drive. No rips or tears! Antenna was stolen. It is missing. Tail light has a chip in it. Left side also has a chip in the lens. These are updated headlamps that feature the bright white LED strip. Made in Hong Kong. Fit is not perfect when you get up close. There is a little storage pocket behind this door. It is supposed to lock with the car. The latch is damaged, and does not close like it should. No soda spills, fries between the seats, or other foreign matter in the cabin. Non smoker. Here are the known flaws: *the dash cluster works fine, but the little center yellow warning display is not working right. *I had the interior color changed. They unbolted the seat airbag harness and suspect that is why the module light is on. we have had it plugged in and tested on VCDS (VAGCOM). it will not clear the code. *the top up and latched also has a light on the dash. Forums show it is a small sensor that may need to be adjusted. I still have the complete baseball stitch interior...for sale locally, i just did not care for it after a while.
