The car is a 2004 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG. It has a 5.5 liter supercharged engine. Car has power everything and only 36,200 miles on it. The car is in excellent condition. As you can see from the mileage, the car was driven sparingly; but was meticulously maintained. Recently was serviced by a Mercedes dealer. With in the past 3 months we had new Toyo Proxy back tires put on, both front and back brakes replaced and both batteries changed. This car needs nothing. In September of 2010 my wife and I were going to a family wedding in Pittsburg. On the way there the car made an unusual engine noise so we immediately pulled over, called AAA and had it towed to the local Mercedes Dealer (Sun Motors of Mechanicsburg, PA). The dealer was unable to determine the exact cause of the engine noise. Mercedes-Benz USA informed us that since this was such an unusual occurrence to happen to their vehicle, especially with such low mileage (car had 35,464 miles at the time), they wanted to ship the entire engine to Germany for further investigation to determine to cause. Mercedes-Bens USA agreed to ship a brand new Mercedes motor from Germany to Sun Motors. You will not find another E55 AMG on the market with such low miles, a brand new motor and in such excellent condition. This vehicle challenges comparison!
