I have a real nice 2005 Ford E-450 Shuttle Bus . 6.0 Diesel with 165,000 miles. Automatic 5 speed transmission. Real good tires and brakes. Runs and drives excellent. 12 passenger with two wheel chair tie downs in rear. All seats have seat belts. I think the wheel chair lift needs a solenoid but it still operates hydraulically. I can get power to the lift but it clicks when you use the controller. Electrically operated passenger door. Front and rear heat and air. AM/FM stereo cassette with speakers all around. All glass is good. All lights finctional. Interior in excellent condition. No rust. I see comparable year and makes online right now for 20,000 dollars or more. This would be a great bus for schools,churches,retirement homes,headstart programs, or to take everyone to bingo or the casino! This bus was bought from the State of Minnesota so it was well maintained. I bought it thinking I would take out all the seats to haul things down to Texas when I go in Feb. but I think a trailer would be wiser for me. Then I would have my regular van to drive around in Texas. I have seen buses like this with the 6.0 diesel engine sell with way over 300,000 miles on them. They will run a long time if properly maintained. It has a plug-in block heater. Nothing wrong with the engine or transmission.I see in the vehicle report from E-Bay that it says vehicle was in a front end collision in 2008. It must have been the bumper only cause it looks new and there is not a salvage title. I do not see any damage. Accident report can also include theft or vandalism. This bus is in great shape.
