This was relisted from earlier this week do to a word usage error on my part that ended up with a default removal of the ad, sorry for any issues. This is a great old truck ready to be fixed up, street rod, hot rod, or easy rat rod. Not sure of exact year 1947-53 model, I was told by the fuel tank position and the park brake pedal location that this was probably a 1948, assume it is a half ton. It does not have a motor or transmission. Rolling chassis and sheet metal only, no tailgate. Body is in great shape, never sat on the ground, very minor surface rust, cab, running boards, door are all very solid. NO title for this one, sorry. What you see is what you get. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES FOR CONDITION. Can possibly deliver, email with location for quote, roughly $2.00/ mile. Transport fees will be paid in advance. Rolled or forklifted. There is no VIN plate anywhere on the truck that I can see. Itseems to have been removed and replaced by a MN DPS # 804794 in the late 70's, The MN DMV only holds records for seven years. The last year it was licensed by the plate was 1991, in SD. I havent been able to obtain any other info on it. SD DMV has a form that you can fill out and research the info off the plate, but might be a little work. I am looking into some other options to try and decode the missing vin plate. I have had it 15 years, just a project that I dont have money for and would like it to go to a good home. Yes the truck can sit till summer for pickup, but payment must be made in full, $100.00 non refundable within 7 days. The balance do with in 14 days off sale.Other terms or arrangements must be made ahead off time. I am easy to work with, and honest. I own a transport co so delivery is insured and legal. On Jan-24-11 at 16:15:10 PST, seller added the following information: I dont know if the rear end is original. It has 5 bolt rims on it. Frame looks original. The oonly thing that looks out of place is the spring hangers, I think. Box and hood are loose, box is set back from cab, wood floor has been removed
