For sale is my 1963 impala. I have owned the car for about 5 years and it is hard to let it go. I have most of the work myself with friends and have spent alot of money in the process. The body was done when i bought the car so i can only answer questions about from what i can see. Everything else on the car was done by me. I take the car to cruise nights and it gets alot of attention, so if thats what you want then this is the car for you. I will put up a list of things that were replaced on the car. The car still needs a couple of things like some of the wires under the hood need wire loom, and some touch up here and there. Also the car needs sway bar end links,and a alignment, and a 2 speed wiper switch. The car has some chips in the paint and also some small rust bubbles starting to form on the lower doors. The dash also has some chips from when the previous owner took the instriment cluster out and didnt take precaution putting it back in.The chrome is decent for a cruiser and some of the trim needs to be buffed and polished, one piece at the windshield has a dent in it. The turn signal lever came off the last time i had it out so i think the plastic ring on the inside of the steering wheel is broke. Its not expensive to fix i just havent had a chance to take it apart and do it. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask and i will answer them to the best of my knowledge. New front disc and rear drums with all new brake lines with a cpp master cylinder suspension= springs,shocks,front poly bushings power steering with a cpp 500 series steering box wiring using a american autowire classic update kit with all new switches carpeting heater core with new hoses as well and also a electric fan rebuilt th350 trans with a 2600 converter new 18" boss 338 wheels with new tires 18x8 front and 18x9.5 rear 225/40 18 front tire and 255/40/18 rear tire led tail lights 355 with a new cam,timing chain,intake,600 cfm carb, hei distributor,head gaskets march serpentine belt conversion 2 1/2 flowmaster exhaust auto meter oil, water temp and volt gauges b&m hammer shifter Alpine cd player with rockford fosgate 6 1/2 and 6x9 sound proofed with fatmat sound deadner has seat belts as well just lap belts The engine is now gunmetal gray in color not the red. On Jan-18-11 at 06:35:55 PST, seller added the following information: I have some paint left over from when the car was painted, i dont know if its any good but at least the color is there for touch-ups. The car is lowered 3 inches in front and 2 inches in the rear with springs. The water pump is also new and its a hi-volumn pump. The carpet is from Auto custom carpet and its a molded piece not carpet off the roll.
