100% RUST FREE 1979 10TH ANNIVERSARY TRANS AM. CUSTOM RESTO MOD LOOK! Up for auction is an extremely clean, no rust ever Trans Am. This car had been owned by a 60 year old man for over 20 years. Car was always garage kept and stored properly. It was repainted about 7 years ago in the correct silver color. A year ago the correct Medium Gray color was applied in the custom formation you see. The car was then lowered and the brand new 17" silver snowflake wheels and tires were put on. The original front seats were re-upholstered, new carpet, headliner and all interior plastic trim pieces were re-dyed. The T-Tops are in perfect condition. The timing chain needed replacement so at that time my mechanic recomended cam and lifters. Since all this was done last year, the car has only been driven about 1000 miles. It runs, drives and stops beautifully. Sounds great too with the Borla dual exhaust system. As you can see from the pictures the paint is stunning. There are a few nicks here and there so not a 100% show quality trailer queen. All the better so this car can be driven and enjoyed. The attention this car gets EVERY time I take it out is amazing. You don't see old Trans Ams this clean very often.
