This is a 1948 Chevrolet, 3/4 ton, rolling chassis. The frame is bone stock and rock solid, straight and true with NO DAMAGE and surface rust only. The springs are 7 leaf springs front and rear with the original lever action shocks. The rear end is the original torque tube style rear with the torque tube still attached. The chassis rolls and turns with the original 16" diameter wheels and drum brakes. The only non-stock item is the battery box and right front running board support bracket. The clutch/brake pedal mount is still in the chassis along with the brake master cylinder. The steering geometry is also there up to, but not including, the steering box. If you check and read the codes (21FR-H) it clearly indicates the 3/4 ton chassis and the correct year. NO TITLE, Bill of Sale only. This chassis can be easily towed or trailered.
