1989 Lincoln Town Car SE (Special Edition) Signature in Jet black with burgandy leather interior! The canvas top is spotless and jet black. SE Signature has the special top with nothing between the side windows but more canvas. This car is a one owner car that has always been garage kept and serviced. The car has all of the maintenance records since new. Paperwork includes the original paperwork showing the purchase price of over $33,000 , the owners brochure and owners manual. I have a car collection and I found this beauty and fell in love. I would be proud to say that If I purchased this car new and kept it up like this Woman I would be very impressed with myself. The car is super clean. I have shown 116 full size pictures of this Lincoln inside and outside. I show every little flaw since that is what is important to see when you are going to make a decision. No surprises here. The 5.0 liter motor purrs and has great power. The transmission shifts through all of the gears as it should. The brakes work super. The tires are Michelin tires and the second set ever on the lacy wire wheels. The car will need new tires soon. They are evenly worn and the car is smooth riding. The suspension feels great and it is a real road trip car. The car is a very original car right down to the original radio. This car has bright shiney chrome!! That really makes the car stand out as you can see in the pictures. The factory lacy wire wheels have NO curb marks but some clear coat peal here and there from age. The paint is brilliant and smooth as glass as you can see in the pictures from the reflections. No car wash scratches or buff marks. The paint is like glass and always gets comments on how shiney the car looks. "That car looks like it came right out of the showroom" I hear from people all of the time. There are a few spots to notice in the pictures. A ding, bump, clear coat thin aging or tiny touched up spot can be seen the the pictures. You really have to hunt for them but I am showing them. Under the doors is spotless. The inside of the car is showroom new as you can see. The seats are stunning!! The carpet was covered with 5 mats!!!! The floor mats are finally exposed after all of these years! No shampooing, smoking, pets, crumbs, food, mothballs or anything has been in this car. The car smells like a 1989 Lincoln Town Car when it rolled off the show room floor. The door panels are spotless and that is rare. No touch ups, dyes done to the seats, carpets, or door panels. The engine compartment never had a need to be detailed so it has not ever been detailed. The car when parked leaves a small oil spot on the floor. The exhaust system is all there and in solid condition with no evidence that it will need changing for years to come. The automatic climate control works great. The locks all work on the car. The power windows including the power vent windows all work properly. The leather wrapped steering wheel is in MINT condition. The dash has no cracks although the speaker grills have been replaced with new ones since the original ones fail over time alone. The headliner is perfect and original. The mats are new condition. The power trunk release and closer works perfect. The power antenna works. The keyless entry works and illuminates. The temperature on the mirror is stuck but the mirror is so nice I didn't want to change the entire thing. The lights all work properly. The radio works but the amplifier from factory is old and is only working sometimes. I have another used one included. The rear bumper has 2 lines in it. The chrome is very nice and it is not taking away from the look of the car. The tail light has cracks in it that are tough to locate. I do have a very nice tail light included in the sale. The lower rocker chrome stainless on the passenger side has some bubbles. The mudflaps have always been on the car since new and protected the stainless from being chipped and dinged. This is the perfect car for a Bed and Breakfast , Corporate Limousine Company , Airport Shuttle for a classy Company or a super Special occasion car. The car makes a statement and it commented on ALL of the time. It is so important that the car smells like brand new too. This car has what it takes to become a show car. There are some flaws as usual with a used car but it is not taking away from the beauty of the car. You will LOVE THIS CAR! The car is all of 19 feet long and has the biggest trunk you can imagine. The car was filmed just 10 days ago and parked in my warehouse untill the new buyer takes it home. I have a lien free NYS title in my hand ready to pass on from the original owner.
