i have for a sale a white 1981 chevrolet corvette. the car has only 65,841 miles. glass top, automatic transmission. the car runs and drives great. body and paint are in good condition, there are a few spider cracks in the front on the lower side near the ground, almost un noticeable, interior needs some tlc, there are a few cracks in the dash and the seats will need reupholstering. the drivers door handle needs either adjustment or to be replaced. fires right up and runs and drives great, it either has a cam in it or possibly a vacuum leak because it idles a little rough, but as soon as you rev it its perfect and smooth with plenty of power. there is a small exhaust leak comming from the engine bay, possibly a manifold gasket or front pipe gasket. its not perfect by any means but with a little bit of money and work it could be a mint corvette worth much more then youll pay for in this auction. the speedo stopped working on my drive from where it was being stored to my house, i got a used replacement gauge thinking that was the problem, but it did not fix it, i was told that its most likely the cable or sensor in the transmission. i however dont have the money or the knowledge to replace it. please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns you may have. this is a no reserve auction, i would love to keep this car and enjoy it, it really is a cool car, but ive recently lost my job and it must go. delivery is a possibility depending on where your located, let me know and we can go from there. thanks for looking and good luck!
