It is safe to assume all vehicles have frame damage, that the vehicle currently or previously had frame or unibody damage, or repair reported by an auction agency. The sale of this vehicle is “as is salvage” and is considered a FINAL SALE. This vehicle may need extensive repairs and is classified as a “salvage vehicle” with no guarantees or warrantees on condition of salvage or its parts. The purchaser understands that (s) he is buying a salvage vehicle, which is presently unsuitable for operation on public highways. This is an insurance company total loss and will have a good rebuildable “New York 907a Salvage Certificate” or salvage title in our name (Setauket Auto Wreckers Inc.) that will be reassigned to you with a “bill of sale”. Salvage vehicles are unsuitable for use on public highways until repaired, therefore shipping is necessary. The Buyer is responsible for the cost and arrangement for shipping/delivery of this vehicle.
