I purchased this 59 Thunderbird Convertible along with 2 donor cars for parts over 8 years ago on Ebay with great intentions of finishing it. I didn't, so I would like to pass it on to someone who will. I will try my best to describe it as clearly as possible. The car runs well it does not smoke and it sounds pretty good. I have driven it around the neighborhood but that is it. The tranny seems to work fine but just in case is does not it comes with a spare as well as a ton of other parts. The car has had quite of a bit of sheetmetal replaced and is straight, dent free and rust free with the exception of the spare tire area it needs to be repaired. There are several areas that have been patched such as the trunk and some of the floors, it should be pretty easy to get ready for paint. I have been collecting the parts for this car for the past 8 years and am confident that I have 99% of everything needed to complete it. lots of new parts lots of old parts lots of decent parts. The new parts are: Trunk kit, trunk rubber, front end bushings, gas tank, wheel cylinders, brake lines, shocks, starter motor, battery, mufflers, floor mats. This car has a power seat that works great, clock works, The top works and seems complete but will need new canvas, power steering, power brakes, 352 engine. All the glass is good and the windows all work. Some of the extra parts that come with the car are. 2 Hoods, 2 Doors, Trunk lid to a hard top, several seats, some extra fenders, extra dash pad, spare heads, radiator, power steering parts, all kinds of misc stuff. I placed a lot of the parts back on the vehicle to show what is there and to make taking pictures easier. Please look at all the pics and ask questions. I am happy to answer and don’t want you have any surprises. This will make a nice driver for somebody. Car is located in Mobile, AL shipping needs to be arranged by the buyer. I will assist in any way I can. Remember there are a ton of spare parts take what you want. I do have the Title.
