Up for auction/sale is a solid very original 1967 Pontiac Bonneville 4 dr Hardtop. California car since new, still retains it's (rear) original black and yellow California plate and dealer frame.This car has been mainly a one owner vehicle. Here is a stylish luxury car with beautiful lines.. long low and wide! This Pontiac has an overall nice and rust free body. Some scratches , light surface rust (trunk lid) and a few minor dings here and there. Has old inexpensive repaint. Car will require a good paint job sooner or later but, no rustout anywhere I can find! Solid trunk, floors everything. No evidence of any major accidents either. Actually looks overall decent at about 30-40 feet. For it's age: decent chrome, emblems and stainless trim and all there and intact. Yes all 4 original "PMD disk brake" sabre type wheel covers are there too! Interior is actually overall very nice. Headliner like new (even dual dome lights work), back seat looks like new still, front seat nice aside from some stitching issues on the upper drivers side (repairable). Over all nice original and quite presentable. Dash pad has cracks and should be recoverd as does the steering wheel. Orig radio and power antenna still works. Front power windows work great- rear power windows a little slow and will need to be lubed up from lack of use, but work! Spare tire and factory jack in trunk. Car starts right up, runs good and quiet. Bonneville has had new radiator, new tires, battery and more over the past year or two. Seems to drive and handle well for a 43-44 year old unrestored car. May require a minor tune up as the car is not driven daily but, again runs just fine as it is. Has Air conditioning option, not certain if or how well it works. Big powerful engine either 400/428, should be the same as GTO. Clear California TITLE. Registered through Feb 2011. High bidder that meets modest reserve buys the car.
