This Ford E350 production van that was purchased new in March, 2005 and placed in service in June, 2005, is in like new condition with only 16,000 miles. It has comfortable cloth seats with power door locks, power windows, AM/FM/CD, backup camera and the equivalent of 5 and a half racks of equipment space with lighting installed in each rack. This van has been used to produce parades, concerts, football & basketball games, graduations and commercials. The unique floor plan comfortably seats four crew members. It is equipped with 360 degree swivel driver and passenger seats. The reversed driver's seat is for the audio per-son. The reversed passenger seat is for a director/producer or client. The technical director sits in front of the switcher and the CG/Tape Operator sits to the left of the switcher.The whisper quiet 7000 watt generator is barely broken in. There is also a 20/30 amp shore power twist lock receptacle with automatic power switching. The equipment was wired with Belden 8241 RG59 coax (compatible for analog & digital video). Switching can be done with the Grass Valley 110 composite switcher or the Video Toaster 4 composite/s-video/component switcher. The eight NTSC/PAL time base correctors allow you to originate any of the eight inputs from any composite video source/camera. (Genlock not required) Recording is accomplished to the on-board computer’s hard drive, a Sony DSR-45 DV-Cam deck and/or a DVD re-corder.
