This is a very Clean 2001 Chevy Express 3500 Box Truck that was owned and operated by the US Government at the McGuire Air Force Base in southern New Jersey. This Van is equipped with the 6.5L Turbo Diesel Engine and Air Conditioning. This Truck has 32,716 certified original miles. In addition to regular vehicle sales, we also serve as liquidation facility for some US government and military service vehicles. All of these vehicles have been driven 60+ miles to our facility just prior to posting for sale. These are vehicles that have been serviced and maintained by their respective government branches, which means that the engines, drivetrains, suspensions, steering, and wear components are within service specs according to their requirements. This Van runs and drives beautifully. The 6.5L Turbo Diesel engine is in perfect running condition. It starts easily, runs smoothly and has tons of power. The transmission shifts very well. The air conditioning and heat work well. This Van runs and drives very nicely. All four tires look close to new. The brake pads are all in excellent condition. There is a rear heater in this truck as well. The body of the cab is in great condition and the interior of the cab is very clean. The seats, flooring and interior trim pieces are in great condition. The Cargo Box is 10’ long, and the interior is 84” wide x 70” high. The overall outside height of this Truck is 8’ 4” high. The rear step bumper height is 18”, and the rear loading deck height is 29”, which makes it very easy to walk in or load. The box has a solid aluminum deck that is in excellent condition. There is a pass-through from the cab to the rear of this Truck, and also a sliding side door on the passenger side. The cargo box is built of reinforced fiberglass with aluminum bracing, and the doors are heavy duty. The box is in excellent condition inside and out, and all of the doors operate smoothly. The gross vehicle weight rating is 9200 pounds, which gives this Van a 3000 pound payload. This Truck has a regular title which is clean and clear and can be used for legal registration in every state. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $40, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
