Up for sale is my 2000 BMW E39 M5 Sedan. This is my company car that I purchased in Dallas, TX in July 2002. I don't want to part with it, but the tax accountants are saying it is time for it to go................so it is priced to sell!!!! 2000 BMW E39 M5 Sedan, 6 Speed Manual Transmission, 5.0L V8 RWD, 162k original miles, Carbon Black Exterior Color with Carmel leather interior, //M Package, 400 horsepower, 0-60 MPH in only 4.7 seconds with a top speed of 155 MPH making it the fastest 4-door sedan in the world at that time. It's non-smoking and is equipped with factory navigation system, optional rear parking assist control system, power driver and passenger seats, heated front seats, Xenon headlights, AM/FM Stereo with remote 6 disc capacity cd changer in trunk, cassette player with auto-reverse, Radio Data System, power rear window shade, side window shades, sunroof, cross spoke alloy wheels, Michellin Pilot Sport A+S tires, //M sport steering wheel, air conditioning, alarm system, anti-slck brakes, automatic climate control, driver airbag, fog lights, owners manual, power locks, power mirrors, power steering, rear defroster, side airbags, sun roof, tilt wheel, traction control, burled walnut woodgrain interior, sport suspension, two keys, driver seat memory for 3 drivers, remote power door locks, power windows, cruise control, wired for Valentine One, power retractable mirrors, passenger reverse tilt mirror. The car runs well and is in good shape, especially when you consider the mileage. The leather was reconditioned and re-dyed last year. New brake pads and rotors were installed in last 3 months. The instrument panel was replaced 3 years ago, so all pixels are working. There are things that need some work: it will need rear tires soon, there are some small chips on the hood, there is a slow oil leak from one of the valve covers, there is an occasional knock in the front suspension, the underside close-out panels in front of both front wheels need replacing, one of the brackets on the power sunshade is broken, but motor works, both rear window regulators are slow and creaky, the front ashtray cover is missing. and of course, one of the 2 front cup holders is not working. This vehicle is located in the Ft. Worth, TX area.
