It starts (may need to be jumped), runs, & drives. The A/C is cold. This was turned in (May 2010) because the scheduled replacement arrived. The tires are VERY WORN. They are NOT ROADWORTHY. We suggest that this vehicle be towed - for safety reasons. The service records state that power steering fluid is seeping around the power steering rack boot. This has not been repaired and is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
