BIG, SMOOTH and POWERFUL best describes this classic 73,255 original documented miles convertible. There have been 3 owners, the last of which was my very good friend who bought this car on 8/27/77 and owned it until his passing this year when I acquired the car. It had been in storage since 1986. After I received the car, I did everything necessary to bring this great old driver back to life: Battery - new Tires - new Fresh Tune Up with new plug wires Fresh Oil & Filter Muffler and Tailpipe - new Vacuum Lines - new Brake Lines from proportioning valve back - new Rubber Fuel Lines - new Rear Wheel Cylinders - new Front Brake Pads - new Rear Brake Shoes - new Master Cylinder - new Brake Booster - new Headlights - new Horn Relay - new Horns - replaced I have probably left something out but I do have receipts for well over a thousand dollars. Interior - Extremely nice, plastic trim shows some age yellowing Convertible top - Shot Glass - Extremely nice Paint - Needs repaint, it's about a 25 footer Body - Good except for rust as shown in pictures, floor and trunk are solid. Passenger rear wheel well has no rust issues. Frame - Solid, exhibits surface rust only Chrome - Driver quality Engine - Runs excellent, front seal has very small leak Transmission - Shifts great, front seal has very small leak. OPTIONS: Engine - 455 C.I. 4 BBL. Transmission - Turbo 400 Rear End - 12 Bolt Posi Traction Power Steering Power Brakes Power Windows Power Seat 6 way Power Locks Power Trunk Opener Tilt Wheel AM/8 track Cruise Control Side Turning Lights Air Conditioning. Air needs charge, was working when put in storage, clutch still engages. Rear windows need a little assistance but they work. Everything else functions as it should (don't have an 8 track tape to test 8 track unit). In my opinion, this old gal is an incredible driver and I would not hesitate to drive her anywhere. It goes down the road as nice or nicer than many newer cars I drive. I have attempted to be as thorough as possible but may have overlooked something so I encourage you to ask any questions you may have before you bid. I highly recommend a car inspection as opinions regarding condition may vary and I do not want either you nor I to be disappointed at the time of sale. I will gladly send you further photo's via email. If paying with personal check funds will have to clear before car and title are released. If paying when picking up car cash will be necessary.
