I am the original owner of this 2006 Saab 9-3T. I purchased this car from The Saab Exchange in Lake Bluff IL in October of 2006. Because my office is only two blocks away, I had all oil changes and substantially all the service performed by the dealer, even after the warranty expired. The car has always been serviced at the recommended intervals and oil changes have been done well before the SID (Saab Information Display) indicated that they were due, generally being done at 5K to 7.5K intervals – always with the recommended Mobil One 0W20 Synthetic oil. Transmission fluid, spark plugs, air cleaners, cabin air filters, etc were all changed at recommended times. I had a new battery installed last year as well. The car runs and drives great. Everything works. The interior is in very good condition. I have used heavy-duty rubber mats at all seating positions since new. The exterior is also in very good shape. The hood does have minor rock chips from my 70 mile per day highway commute. You can’t see them unless you are looking for them and the silver paint does well at hiding them as you can see from the pictures. I have the the window sticker and it will be included with the car. I have always loved Saabs and intended to keep this one forever, however last month I was given a company car and just can’t justify keeping it. It is garaged now and out of the weather. I have tracked my gas mileage and have averaged 25 MPG since it was new. I have all the service records for it scanned into my computer and will pass them along to the winner.
