This is just a fresh find. 1981 CB650C Honda, in very good restorable condition. Paint is 2-Tone Brown, due to it being a Custom. The paint is in average condition. Chrome is in good condition. It had the Carbs clean and runs good. Tires have good tread on them. Seat is in good shape. It needs a new battery. Left side cover is missing. Right front turn signal is broken. It has a new 4 into 1 pipes and muffler. Engine has a small oil leak at the top left corner of it. I don't think it would take much to fix it will restoring.
