The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very clean Black 2007 Acura TL-S with Navigation and back-up camera. This Acura is in excellent condition with 90k miles, and has been very well treated and maintained. There has been only one owner since new, and the vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage. There aren’t any liens or encumbrances on the title, and it is clean and clear. Included with this car are all three of the original keys/remotes, all of the owner manuals, the full set of Acura floor mats in perfect condition, and the original window sticker of $38,795. We performed a safety inspection, as well as a maintenance service and road test on this Acura in preparation for sale. The 3.2L VTEC engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The owner recently installed a complete matching set of Michelin Pilot tires, which are still showing most of their tread. All of the brake pads appear to be brand new as well. The oil & filter and air filter were also freshly changed. All of the power equipment and everything in this Acura is working properly. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. This TL runs and drives very beautifully, and there aren’t any service warning lights on. The Black exterior of this TL is in excellent condition with nothing other than a few very minor imperfections such as the typical tiny stone nicks in the front. The paint has maintained beautiful depth and luster over the entire body. There aren’t any dents, scratches or body rust. Both of the bumpers are in excellent condition without any scrapes or damage. The undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition. The interior has been very well maintained and is clean. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition. The carpeting is clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. There aren’t any stains, holes or damage on any of the seats or carpeting.The floor mats look like they are brand new. All of the trim panels are intact, tight and in terrific condition. This was a non smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. This is a gorgeous Acura, and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this car anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $40, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
