I then either do the repairs and put the vehicle up for auction, or if the problems are too numerous, and it looks like she's going to be a problem vehicle, I liquidate the vehicle at a local auction. Please understand that we are not in the vehicle restoration business. The mechanics who check out these units have been working with us for several years now. If the brakes are in good shape, they tell me. If they are below their recommendations, I replace them. All these vehicles are driven by myself, and I do everything I can to deliver a clean, reliable product. I don't like any surprises, and I know that you don't either. These are all used vehicles. You are welcome to have a mobile service come to my lot to perform the inspection or to drive it yourself to have it inspected by a local mechanic of your choice.
