1996 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE GST CONVERTIBLE *stock* 118k I bought this car about 2-months ago....with the intention of doing some very extreme modifications. I decided before I got started that I wanted a coupe rather than a convertible as my project car... so my loss is your gain. This vehicle runs, shifts and drives fine but does need some maintenance/work to make it perfect as listed below. The A/c, PW, PDL, CC, CD Player all work. Also you can see from the description and the photos this car is completely factory OEM with the exception of the wheels. This car is very clean and in great condition to be only 14 years-old. I have all of the service records/receipts for what I had done in the short time I have owned the vehicle. In the amount of 2k+ in service work all documented. 1) Remanufactured Head 2) Timing belt, Water Pump, Pulleys, Etc 4) All 3-Motor/Trans Mounts 5) Master Power Window Switch 6) Valve Cover and Gasket Set 7) Convertible Top Motor 8) Transmission Flush 9) Professionally Detailed/ Buffed Here are the known defects/flaws..... 1)Tear in front seat and visors 2) Rack and pinion/front end suspension maintenance/repairs need to be done 3) Faded Paint spots on the hood and deck lid 4) Power convertible top works but requires some assistance to get it started going back closed @@@ These cars are hard to find in UNMODIFIED condition and are very desirable@@@ Car goes to high bidder NO RESERVE!!!
