Up for auction is this 1997 BMW 740IL. It has approx. 191000 miles. The engine is tight and I used synthetic oil only. Transmssion tight, no slippage. New tires, struts, radiator, belts (all), hoses(all), windshield, oil cap, water pump, thermostat, wiper blades, and new trunk emblem. AC fan out but compressor works. Interior fair to semi ruff. Glove box needs a latch. 6 disk CD Player. Vehicle rides great and has power. This vehicle was build like a tank but gets decent gas mileage. There are a couple of small areas on the exterior pain which peeled. E-mail with any questions. Thanks for looking/bidding. The spots on the ground below the vehicle are water spots from just being cleaned. On Nov-18-10 at 06:22:26 PST, seller added the following information: The check engine light came on. I took the car to my mechanic and was told the O2 sensor is the code. On Nov-18-10 at 18:08:33 PST, seller added the following information: Additional information; the right rear window regulator is out. I also had an all wheel alignment when I purchased the new tires. All new parts/work has been done within the last four months. Again, the engine has fired up every time, no knocks, and pings. I feel the vehicle would drive 65 mph or faster from CA to NY. I don’t drive a vehicle into the ground and the vehicle is being sold as is. Note: The previous buyer was a fake. If you have never bid on E-Bay before do not bid on my car. This jerk just wasted my time, and yours. I smelled a rat from the begining and it came to light when this BoZo sent me a fake Cashiers Check. It happened again.
