I do not know much about this car or except that it has had a typical hi-end BMW life: Original purchase by a wealthy Californian, passed down trough the ranks until it reached an enthousast. Then to me, who has done nothing to it except putting 2310 miles on it. Now I never use it and it just takes up space in our garage. It needs to go and I set it up at much less than what i bought it for. As far as I can see, everything except some of the diodes in the computer display works just fine. Also, the passenger power seat adjustment seized last week. I disconnected and charged the batteries (there is two huge ones in the trunk) a while ago and since then the radio/CD has not worked and now the display askes for a PIN I never thought of asking for when I bought it. I got a 2-DVD workshop manual for it on eBay after i got it but i have not read all that. 1000 pages. I am sure there is a way to get that working again. Otherwise, as far as I know, everything works. No rust. For the winner of the auction, I will give you the option to REJECT buying it after you come over to look at it and try it on the road. All you have leave is $ 200,- which i will retain for my trouble. Unless you want me to ship it. Then you just take it as it is. It is a "drive anywhere" car - but no guaranties! No personal interaction means that you take the riscs. Please give me a hint if there is anything else you may want to know - or if you want me to take some more pictures. otherwise, keep bidding. I am sure the 17 in lightweight Schnitzer chome alu rims cost more than the starting price, not to mention the Falken tires of which there are perhpas 50 % or so left of thread. Good luck
