It's Porsche's Euro version, which from new, had a higher compression ratio, more horse power and lighter weight compared to the U.S. car for 1981. These factors make the Euro car more competitive and more desirable. This car is eligible to compete in PCA "E" Class and NASA GTS-3 or GTS-2 classes. According to its log books, it has competed regularly but not extensively during the past 4 seasons. Neither tired nor worn, this 911 has never been severely crashed. The appearance is fabulous!! There are no competitive nicks, nor scratches. The bright red exterior color was refinished last year to a very high standard. VIN#WP0ZZZ91ZBS102920 The car's heart and soul is a 3.0 litre 6 cylinder Porsche. A thorough race car rebuild of this engine was completed this past August by the renowned Storz Garage here in Denver. Every part was checked and tested for exact specs. New Mahle pistons and cylinders were installed with a compression ratio of 9.8 to 1. The exhaust and headers are by Flowmaster. There are over $14,500 in receipts for this work.
