up for sale is my very nice 1983 Suzuki rm250. this bike was bought to restore/race but i got a hold of another bike so this one goes up for sale. i bought the bike in pieces and put it all back together. in the process, i rebuilt the engine with a first over wiseco piston, new crank seals and a 1982 cylinder head. the entire motor was gone over by a professional and is bulletproof and fast! also the timing was set to 17 degrees for correct timing with the '82 head. the carb has the correct jetting and new NOS air filters were installed. the front suspension was re-built by a professional with new oil and fork seals and work great. the rear suspension was also rebuilt with a new oil and seal. the rear wheel also has new wheel bearings, the brake pads on both were good enough that they didn't need replaced. the body is all OEM or NOS parts. the rear fender, radiator shrouds and front number plate are new NOS. the front fender, gas tank and side panels are original OEM parts. as you can see, all the plastic is in very good condition and shines very nice. the side panel decals and gas tank decals were bought from vintage-Suzuki and look amazing. also the bike comes with a complete NOS kickstand. all the parts on this bike are OEM or NOS parts except for a few parts. the seat cover is also from vintage-Suzuki, the foam is high quality foam built by a local upholstery shop. the handlebars are aftermarket and the silencer on this bike is a very nice, rare answer equializer pipe, and that is it, everything else is Suzuki parts. there are many other new NOS parts: fork seals brake and clutch lever all cables ( brake, clutch and throttle) complete throttle assy left and right grips both side air filters intake manifold rear mud guard rear fender, radiator shroud, number plate rear wheel bearing complete kickstand and spring and complete gasket set. im sure there are other NOS parts on here that i am forgetting or something else i wanted to say. the bike is being sold as-is. the bike does not have a title but will be sold with a bill of sale. otherwise if there are any questions, ask them and they will be answered. thank you for looking
