This is a 1969 Plymouth Road runner. It is an Original 383 4 speed car. It is a Real N96 Air grabber car. It has been in storage in Phoenix Arizona since 1986. It has its original Fender tag . Fender tag reads: RM23 - Plymouth Road Runner 2 door hard top E63 - 383 HP D21 - 4 speed A833 A29 - Built October 29th 1968 202476 - R6 - Scorch Red R6 - Trim Scorch red H2X - High Quality Vinyl Bench seat Black X9 - Black upper Door Frame N96 - Carb Fresh air package Metal hood. 925 593 603 08149 158932 9A158175 This Road runner is in Very good Condition and is a lot of fun to drive. It Turns heads and gathers a crowd any time it is out. We have been driving it daily for a while and it has proven to be very reliable. We have a very Low Reserve ( please Don't ask ) Some Lucky Bidder will Own this Car. I am sure if you are the wining bidder You can drive it home to anywhere in the USA! Under the Hood of the road Runner we have installed a Freshly rebuilt 1967 440. It has been completely Rebuilt and now has a Road Runner 6 pac Cam. It has A new 750 Edelbrock performer Carburetor , a new Fuel pump, Alternator, Aluminum 3 row radiator, Water pump and all new belts etc. Behind the 440 is a new Clutch and a refurbished 1969 A833 4speed with the Cars original shifter and shift ball. The Road Runner has an 8 3/4 differential. And all new exhaust with Glass pac's ( they sound Great! ) . The interior still has the original Headliner ( one small open seam ) and the original packing tray in very good original condition. The Original dash pad has one small crack. It has Original 69 Road runner door panels,they all look OK . We have installed new Carpet and seat Covers . It now has bucket seats , it was an original Bench seat car. The windshield is new and all of the rest of the Glass is in good condition. The windows all work smoothly. On the Dash all of the Gages work , although sometimes the speedometer needle bounces. All of the Lights and turn signals work. It has a working Original BEEP-BEEP horn. The outside of The Car has been re painted with Dupont paint in its original color R6 red. I have been told this is not a common color for a 69 road Runner. The Car has spent most of it's life in Phoenix AZ and did not have much rust. There were 2 small spots in the floor and trunk also one of the rear Quarter panels that needed repair. These were all repaired with new metal. Overall this is a Very Solid Car. The Brakes are all fresh and the front brakes have been converted to Disk , and they stop the Car GREAT ! We have installed new brake lines and hoses as needed and it has a new master cylinder. The BFG Radial tires are in very good condition and the 15" torque thrust II rims are like new. The winning Bidder also has the Choice of Body color 15" Mopar Steel rims with Mopar dog dish hub caps. However all of the air grabber components we removed by the previous owner and are not on the Road runner now. I think all of these components are available as reproduction parts today. Good luck !
