All bidders with a zero or negative feedback rating MUST e-mail us with their name, address and a verifiable phone number PRIOR to bidding or risk having their bid removed. Winning bidder must send $1000 in the form of either direct wire transfer, or check/money order drawn on a United States bank within three days of the end of the auction. The balance of the purchase price is due via wire transfer, cashier's check, money order or cash within 7 calendar days of auction end or upon pickup of the vehicle, whichever comes first. We hold titles to most of our vehicles in hand. However, there are times when we purchase vehicles with titles held by lending institutions. North Carolina law provides up to thirty days for these institutions to release titles to us.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than ten years or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
All sales are FOB Sanford, NC. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. We are open for vehicle pickup, by appointment only, from 8am-5pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 2pm-5pm on Wednesday and 8am-3pm on Friday. We are closed at nights and on weekends.
