This is a rare model for the Buick only used by certain models of Buick and Caddilac from 1942 to 1948. From what I have been told the Roadmaster model has a larger engine and longer front end than the Super and these models are harder to find. Car originally came from Texas, the body and frame are solid in good shape. All glass is good no cracks or fogging. It is equipped with a rebuilt 320 Straight eight engine which starts good and runs very smooth. All gauges and lights work. Chrome and stainless is good to excellent. Brakes have been redone, all drums turned and wheel cylinders replaced. Tires were just replaced with the original size and style and are brand new BF Goodrich Sivertown 7.00-15 with 4” whitewalls and cost about $900. The paint is ok but it has cracks from age and it will need a new paint job soon. Interior is original, and needs new seat upholstery. The car is currently registered and inspected and can be driven away if you prefer to pick it up. A deposit of $500.00 is required three days after end of auction and I will accept paypal for this. Balance is due within 7 days by cashiers check. I will gladly work with a carrier to assist in transporting as well. The NADA low book value for a car in this condtion is $12650. The reserve is significantly set less than that.
