Black 1990 Rx7 Convertible. 5 Spd. Great Mechanical Condition. No accidents. 134K Miles. New Clutch, Pressure Sensor and TPS @ 90K, Radiator and Alternator @ 115K. Rebuilt wiper switch @130K. Borla 304 stainless steel catback exhaust in perfect shape. Passed VA safety Inspection in September. A/C and radio/CD work fine. This is a fun car. The only issues: Leather seats are worn, but no tears in leather. One 2" split at sewing on seam on drivers seat. Convertible top has tears by drain pipes that are currently patched. A little rust at door sills - worst side in photo. Driver window sticking (needs lubrication). Rear speakers do not work. Antenna in up position. I have had the car since 1993 and really enjoy it, but it just does not work with my small children, so it needs to find a new home. Included are the top boot and targa cover plus parts I collected over the years. Some parts are new, most are to be used as spare parts to assist a rebuild (new water pump, confirmed good headlight switch and harness, 3 driver window switches, 2 CPU's, shop manual, Rx7 molded & Rx7 branded mud guards - a $200 option in 1990, high end car cover in like new condition and lock - for a Gen2 coupe, but will fit. ). Someone handy should be able to get 1-2 good complete ones out of them. Total of 3 additional FC66 CPU's. My high beams went out. Finally put in a switch. I believe that the all of the other boards in the CPUs are good. Note that the Boot and Targa cover are in brand new condition. Never used, just stored. Floor mats need a cleaning, but are orginal. The water pump is brand new, never installed from Mazdatrix. Gasket included. The car cover is also in like new condition. I only used it on my coupe in 87 and has been in indoor storage since. The mud guards came off the 87 coupe, I just never installed them. They will fit the 90 convertible. I also found an antenna and heater control from my 87 coupe. If I recall, the heater control needs to be repaired, it does not allow the vent selection to change. The antenna is suppose to fit the convertible. If I recall, the motor does not work. The motor in the convertible antenna works, but the mast does not detract consistently, so my plan was to make one good one out of the two - just never did it. Note that I also found a rebuilt wiper switch not listed above - but I did something wrong, not certain if I burnt the new chip when I soldered or if I just soldered incorrectly. The headlight switch and harness was purchased on ebay a few months ago. I never installed it as I found a loose connection in the original. I also included a phot of the ripped stitching on the driver seat. I think the seats can be restored with fixing the stitching and a new dye/finish. The leather is still soft, no holes, just the dye wore off on the boltsers. I am still driving the car a bit - so the milage will change. Let me know if anyone wants additional photos posted. Thanks.
