Vehicle Detail

OK, I lowered the price. Lets try this again!! Please read it this time. You are bidding on a near mint 190 that I aquired via my father-in-law last year. The history from the manuals show that is was a dealer serviced, well-cared for car from Tom Masano MB, in Lancaster Pa. The last entry for service was at 129k( see pics) As from the the pics, the paint is shiney and buffed to a mirror like luster.I would think the car has been repainted because the headlight bezels also look new too. When I got the car, the sunroof was stuck( a comman problem with these); I rebuilt the entire tracking unit and greased all sliders and linkage respectively. Thus, it tilts/slides open working flawlessly now. From the pics, you will notice new tires and almost complete exhaust systems. These were done just last week. The car drives and tracks down the road perfectly; no shimmies or out of place vibrations. Under the hood is clean" no sig oil leaks. I replaced the fan clutch, belt and fan bearing. You will notice the clean fuel distributor. I noticed that the fuel adj screw for this is functional which leads me to believe that it was replaced; fuel distributors new are around 1300$. I also included a shot of the undercarriage and pic of a new fuel damper/filter; both replaced with the exhaust; just good preven. maintenance. The top shock bushings look new too; again may have been replaced earlier. There are new looking Bosch wires and rotor cap noted. I put in a new coolant reservoir tank and thermostat while flushing the radiator too. Hoses all look new.The 2.6L runs excellent. There are no tics or noises. this 6cyl engine is one on MB's best and examples have lasted +300k. The leather interior is in good condition and shows the palmeto color. There is a small 1" tear in the drivers seat as well as a small stain by the ipod cable. A small crack in the clear coat of the burlwood bezel in the ACC panel. Also the drivers seat head pillar won't go up/down but the the pass seat pillar will. Not a concern as I am the only one who drives the car. Other than that, the interior is almost mint; both seats adj fine. The strereo in an Alpine CDA 7873 w/ the BBE mixer. The speakers have the sub in the doors and piezo tweeters in the front; It sounds good. The antenna works with the radio and will close down when the ipod/cd is activated like it should. This stereo has the tilt feature and detach/face. I downloaded a manual for it too. The ac is cold and converted to 134a and the fan is quiet with no bearing noise; probably replaced as these do go bad.I also noticed the clock is slow with time. The Alpine shows time anyway though. I noticed the speedo cable looked new too as these fail with higher milage. The first-aid kit and 3rd third brake light are intact. The cruise control works and brakes are with full pedal and stop good. The car has been always garaged and tagged as I am still driving it Averaging 24.5mpg. Have all papers/ reciepts/keys. The reason for sale is that I got another 190 and this one is done. I don't need 2 of them. Car is sold "as is" condition with no warranty applied obviously. I just noticed a tic on the accucheck showing the mileage at 57k instead of 157k. The MD dmv put down 57k instead of 157K. The car obviously had 157k when switched. If the car doesn't sell here, I will just keep it. I require a paypal payment of 200$ 24hr after closing of auction. Don't bid if your not serious. If you have less than 10 pos feedbacks, don't bother; I will cancel your bid. If you want to see the car, scedule a time before the last day of the auction. Also, I don't want to trade it for anything. Bid to own. This is a no reserve auction and will go till the end of auction. I will not ship the car. Ask questions and I will be prompt to answer as honest as I can, Someone will be getting a great car. Thanks for taking the time to read and good luck.
