It has all of the amenities plus some that every family member can enjoy and appreciate. From the V6 engine and tow hitch to the DVD player and plush seating, this Minivan is stacked with options. With a 1 Owner Clean Carfax, this Nissan Quest is ready to go! This 2005 Nissan Quest is for Sale by: CARNET 12638 Broad St Rd Richmond, VA 23233 Our office is on the back of the building. We schedule all car showings by appointment. If you have questions after reading this ad or would like to schedule an appointment, please call 804-938-8767 or 804-928-9099. You can email us at carnet1@verizon.net. First Impression: Upon first glancing at this Quest, it looks really good. The black Exterior and body contouring give it a much sportier appeal than you would expect from a minivan. On closer inspection, it appears that this Nissan has been cared for. Most minivans have the telltale signs that kids had been riding in there…but not this one! The seating surfaces and carpeting are in far better condition than I would ever expect. Exterior: Overall the Exterior is in Very Good Condition. The all Black has a nice appeal and look to it with accents of Chrome. This Quest looks like it sits a little lower to the ground, again, giving a sporty look. The windows on the back are tinted to help keep the van cool in the hot summer months. The profile of this Quest looks really good. The contour design makes this minivan look not so “mini-vanish”. This Van actually looks more like a sport cross over than a traditional minivan. The power side view mirrors, door handles and bumpers are all painted to match the overall body color. From the rear this Quest looks great and shows off more amenities. The bumper is black just like the rest of the body. There are also back up sensors here. This is so useful for anyone. Not only are these helpful when there are kids around but also for general maneuvering. Backing into parking spaces or backing out of spaces in a crowded lot. There is also a slip resistant coating to help with loading and unloading. The best thing back here is the automatic power lift gate. There is no muscle needed. Either use the key fob or just press the open latch and the gate beeps a few times then lifts up on its own. It lowers the same way…super easy and hands free. There is also an aftermarket tow hitch back here with light hook up. The front of this Quest looks cool. There is a built in license plate holder. The grill is egg crate style with the iconic Nissan emblem in the middle. There are also lots of nice looking contours here on the hood as well. The bumper is black again to match the body and give a consistent look. I do notice some road rash up here, we have had most of touched up since this picture was taken so it looks much better. With this Quest you get factory Alloy wheels with minimal curb chew and tires with a ton of tread left on them. The tires are 225/65/R16. The tires just pass VA state safety inspection and should be good for many miles/years to come. This mini van has a power release passenger side door. It can open remotely from the drivers seat, from the key fob or you can use the handle. Again this is so convenient especially when you have your hands full. There is also a roof rack to help carry any extra cargo. Overall, this Quest looks awesome. With a Virginia State Safety inspection valid thru 10/2011 this Nissan is ready to go. There are very minimal signs of wear and tear such as small scratches and dings. It is far less than what I would expect for this year and miles. If you have reasonable expectations considering the year, mileage and price you will be pleasantly surprised. Please note that the glossy and shiny paint of this Nissan shows a lot of background reflections that are not imperfections. Interior: The inside of this Quest is FULL of amenities. There are so many to talk about and probably some that I have missed. Overall, the condition is what I would consider very good to great condition. The carpet is a nice neutral beige color with matching Nissan Quest floor mats. I actually wonder if ther were ever kids in this van because it is so clean. The interior is tastefully done in tan leather and dash. There are a few brushed chrome accents. The upholstery looks great as a whole. There are no rips, tears, or burn marks. The front seats are super comfortable. They both have armrests, heat and are power adjustable. The driver seat also has a button to adjust the foot pedals. I do notice some wear on the bolster areas of the seats from getting in and out. Less than what I would expect for this year and miles. The driver door has the power lock buttons and power window controls. There is also gas release here. The handle is brushed chrome and ther is a large cubby for storage here. Just to the left of the steering wheel you will see the power mirror controls, the window child lock switch, the backup sensor switch and the TCS switch. The steering wheel has options at your finger tips. Located here you will find audio controls. The wheel is in great condition. This is where we usually find signs of common wear, but not on this Quest. You will also find some chrome trim here too. I see some very minor wear here in the writing around the buttons and some very minor scratching on the chrome surface. The center console is raised and is part of what gives the interior of this mini van so much appeal. The gages are here and easy to read. The odometer is digital. Next to the gage panel you will find a screen to tell you about everything going on in the vehicle. Such as audio imputs, outside temperature, on board computer info-such as DTE, Avg MPG, etc, RDS is here as well. Please note the lights you see here on the dash are for the door ajar and seatbelt. I noticed the other day when I first got in this Quest, the 3rd digit of the odometer took a few minutes to light up. It is accurately recording the miles on the vehicle and seems to be an intermittent problem. Just below there is the gear shifter. Climate controls including the rear climate controller, audio controls and the on board computer controls. If you go down a little lower there is a CD loader, a pull out ashtray that does not appear to have been used with a coin holder. The audio system in this Nissan is Awesome!! Not only is it equipped with a CD Changer and AM FM Tuner, but they sound comes to you thru a BOSE system. The speakers sound great in here. You will find even more stuff in between the two front seats. On the side of the driver seat is a fold down cupholder to hold to large drinks. On the inside of the passenger seat you have the aftermarket DVD loader with controls. We have not yet tested this feature so we are not completely sure that it works. The loader does power on but we did not have a DVD on hand to test with. There is a lighted lockable glove box in front of the passenger side seat. In here you will find not only the owner’s manual but also the remote control to the DVD player. The passenger side seat is heated and has power controls as well. Now if you look overhead you will see more stuff. The rear view mirror is automatic dimming. There are also Homelink garage door openers built in. You will also see the button to realease the automatic lift gate and a button to open the passenger side slingin door. These are so helpful. You can let people and stuff in and out with out even getting out of the van. Overhead you will also find the fully powered moon roof. There is a sunshade so you can just let the light in or you can open the roof and let the cool breeze in as well. Up, Down, Left, Right…This Quest is packed with amenties. The second row of seats are configured as 2 bucket style seats. These seats are both tan leather and again look really good. There are child safety seat latches. Each seat folds completely down flat and can flip forward as well. This is awesome for increasing cargo speace. Also something cool about these seats, you can actually move them back (see picture) to allow for more space between the front and 2nd rows of seating. I do notice that there appears to be some scratching on the seat that has been repaired. There are foldable armreats for both seats and built in cupholders back here as well. The passenger side 2nd row seat has the jack stored underneath it. On the passenger side you can either open the door with the handle or there is a push button to do it automatically for you. Above on this side you have the climate controls for the rear. Overhead you will also find 2 vents. On the driver side of the 2nd row you will find the audio controls. A cool thing I noticed is that the volume cannot be adjusted to higher than a level 4 from back here. To go louder it has to be done from the front. This is awesome for parents!! Now if you look overhead, not only will you notice the fold down DVD player, but you will also notice an overhead console. There are 3 cubbies that flip down overhead. These I assume are for DVD’s or any other extras that may need to be stored by the back passengers. I love the positioning of the DVD player because everyone back here has a full view of it. There are also 2 flip down hangers, 4 adjustable air vents and 4 reading lights. The cool part is that there are also more sunroofs back here. There are 4 panels in all. Each one is fixed and easch one has a sunshade to block out the light. The 2 very back windows can be vented open. The 3rd row seats 3 more adoults. The seating surfaces again look really good back here. There are 3 adjustable headrests and seatbelts as well. The other nice thing about this 3rd row is that it canfold completely down into the cargo space. This creates a flat cargo area if you do not need the extra seating. In the very back cargo space there is a ton of room. You will also find a push button to allow the hatch’s automatic feature to work so you don’t even need to reach up to close. Just push a button. Back here is the only place that I see any noteworthy wear. There is some staining on the carpet in the cargo area, because of shadows and camera angles it is hard to see the stains, but they are in the photo below. Overall the interior condition is very close to excellent. I would consider this to be about the cleanest mini van I seen in years. There is alot less wear than I would expect. We did not find any crayons, happy meal toys, or other typical signs of a kid car. Under the Hood: We had this Quest in for a full inspection when we had the state inspection done. They did not find anything that needed repair. The engine sounds and operates as it should, the transmission shifts as it should, the brakes do not pulsate, and the alignment is straight and true. Overall, this Quest is in fine mechanical condition with nothing to report. Driving Impression: Driving this Quest does not feel like driving the typical mini van. The look is not the only sporty thing about this van, the driving and handling is as well. Suprisingly, the gear shifter location is very convenient as are all of the amenity placements here. Easy and fun to drive yet super practical for the family on the go!! Price! We are an Independent Dealership! With love overhead and high volume, our cars are priced less than most private sellers and normally only a few hundred dollars over our cost. We can provide quality cars at a low cost. Look at Wal-Mart, high volume companies save you money. 2. In VA, all of our running vehicles have to be State Safety Inspected. Virginia has one of the most strict inspection processes. An independent shop inspects such components as Lights, Suspension, Brakes, Tires, Windshield, and More! We usually plan on spending at least $600 per car to get them to pass state inspection. So, you have piece of mind that this inspection has been done recently. 3. As a dealer, you never have to wait to legally drive and register your car. Even if there is a bank payoff or title, we can facilitate an easy exchange and provide any necessary temporary tags and accompanying paperwork so you can drive away at the time of pick up. (Please note, not all cars qualify for temporary tags if we have the original title at time of transfer. 4. Safety! As a business, you have the added security and confidence that your safety is maintained at the time of pick up. No driving up to a stranger's house, our transactions take place at a licensed dealership. 5. Information available about each car we sell! We are professionals with years of experience. We are not dumping any unwanted junk out of our back yard on eBay. We spend hours taking detailed photos, including specific information about each car, and adding our own impressions of how a car performs. We do not have emotional attachments to these cars and try to be as honest as possible about the overall condition. 6. On, eBay you have the confidence that you are shopping with a state licensed, bonded and insured company. We cannot scam and run eBay frauds the way private sellers could. Plus, look at our years eBay history. We want to talk about a couple of items. We are Wholesale Dealers. We buy our cars Directly from New Car Dealers and Not Auctions. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that we sell quality cars. When they are traded in, someone at the new car dealer drives the car. When we buy the car, someone from our dealership drives the car. If a car has a problem we either fix it or disclose it. We have no intention or knowledge of ever selling a car with a problem. However, all cars break. I wish I could, but I cannot predict when a car will break. We do our best to represent the vehicle fairly, however, we are human and do make mistakes. Any minor imperfections consistent with age are not reasons for refusal of delivery/pick up or negotiation. We sell cars As Is, and cannot warranty any vehicles we sell so please take careful consideration when bidding on or buying now these cars. Whenever we sell a car on eBay, we always seem to be asked how we think the car would function on a long drive home from pick up. While I cannot offer any warranty or guarantee I have no reason to believe this Nissan Quest would not make any drive home. I would hop in this mini van and drive anywhere without worry. We are wholesale dealers, please do not ask us to arrange, or compensate for delivery, shipping, transportation, or other related expenses. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel bids from zero or negative history bidders. If you have no or negative history, you Must contact us prior to bidding.
