All shippers do a preload inspection and list any imperfections the vehicle had before it got on their truck. Personal/Business Checks, Wires, Cashier’s Checks, CASH... all need to clear before you leave with a vehicle. Check and cashier’s checks can take up to 10 days, bank to bank wire’s take 24hrs, and cash needs to presented during banking hours(usually 9am to 4pm CST M-F) to be counted and verified. Airport pickup is available from Houston Hobby or Intercontinental. We will have a vehicle waiting to pick you up upon arrival or a taxi and your new vehicle will be waiting, ready to be driven home if your funds have cleared or prior arrangements have been made with us. Please call to schedule a pick up time before booking your flight. Free Airport pickup is available only with the Buy It Now price.
If you are interested in having your vehicle shipped, all of our transportation is done by fully insured, DOT certified Professional Transporters that are registered with a third party contractor that verifies bonds and insurance requirements. Your vehicle is put on the shipping network after your payment has cleared. The average delivery time is 7-10 days after payment has been received. Feel free to call or email with any questions or if you would like a transportation quote. Holidays/Mother Nature/Mechanical problems can cause delays that are out of our control. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Snow Storms, and Ice Storms sometimes can result in minor delays of shipping and scheduling. If you decide to have us find you a shipper, we are not liable for ANY damages once it leaves our location. All shippers do a preload inspection and list any imperfections the vehicle had before it got on their truck. If the truck is not as it was when it left our lot, it's your responsibility to file a claim with the shipper, NOT US. We are doing you a favor by finding low cost shipping, approx $.50 a mile. 99.9% of the time it gets there with no issues. You can also place the load yourself on uship.com, it’s an ebay company.
Please take the time to read our feedback; you will get a quality automobile that will be as described. If for some reason the vehicle is NOT as described, we will refund your payment and cancel your purchase agreement for vehicles that are picked up at our lot. For vehicles that are shipped, there will be no refunds, you must have the vehicle inspected before you buy.
With any pre owned vehicle you will have some minor chips and/or scratches, normal wear. If there is anything that would not be considered normal, it will be photographed and noted. Call us to do a free walk around for you before your purchase and look at any specific areas of interest you might have.
All keys, floor mats, and owner’s manuals that were with the vehicle when purchased by our buyers, will be given to the new owner at time of delivery. Not all vehicles will come with multiple keys, remotes, books, or mats. Feel free to contact us if you want to discuss exact details of any of our vehicles.
All vehicles are described to the best of our ability and we take numerous pictures to accurately describe the quality and condition of each vehicle. All vehicles are "as is" unless warranted by another provider. Inspections are always welcome. We will gladly have any of our vehicles taken to the local dealer (GM, Ford, Dodge, etc) and let you have an independent inspection done before purchasing. You must contact us first to check availability of drop off/pick up for your desired dates. Most inspections are $100 or less.
Title and tax fees vary from state to state. Call your local tax office for rates.

Fees and Payment Options:
A $500.00 non refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of close of auction and the balance within 7 days of close auction. If you fail to give us the remaining balance within 7 days of the closed auction, a $50.00 fee will be added to your balance for every day that the balance is late. Payment must be in the form of cash in person, cashier’s check, bank to bank wire transfer, personal/business checks, money order. We do not take personal out of state checks on the day of pick up.
