1992 Volkswagen Cabriolet You are bidding on a VW Cabrio up for no reserve auction. This is a rare car with low miles. Engine runs great and does not knock, tick, or smoke. 5-Speed manual transmission goes into all gears with ease and there is plenty of clutch life remaning. Top is in decent shape for the age of the vehicle but does have a tiny leak on the passenger's side, not sure from where. There are some scratches down the side, but should buff out easily. Back seat shows wear. Car has been not been driven regularly for several years but has been started up every few weeks to maintain the motor. There is no radio. Speedometer intermittenly works, seems like the cable might be loose to the speedometer. There is a dent in the front of the hood. There are some trim pieces missing on the driver's side. Interior could use a good cleaning. This is the hard to find Karmann edition!! Cabrio has a new alternator, performance exhaust, and is ready to drive anywhere. This fun little VW is a blast to drive and gets great fuel economy that will surely save you on gas! Car is sold as is where is.
