Red 97 VW Jetta...belonged to ex-wife who was not very kind to it. It is weathered inside and out. Needs new key/ignition cylinder assembly and I believe has an aftermarket alarm system that needs to be disabled. Has had a new heater core installed within the last two years. Kelly Blue Book value is $3,800. I think the actual mileage may be more than what is on the title but have no way of knowing since it is a digital odometer and my ex took the keys with her when she moved herself and my only child four states away. I really want to get rid of this car because just looking at it only brings back painful memories of a marriage made in Hell. My hope is that I can raise enough money to hire a decent lawyer and fight for custody of my child or at the very least visit him. Vehicle will most likely need to be towed.
