When the vehicle was to be pick-up , it would not start. This vehicle was towed to our dealership and will not start at this time. We are not sure what is wrong, it could need an engine, or valves or anything we are not sure. We do know that the battery is dead and needs a jump to turn the motor over. We are not going to spend anymore time or money on this car. Tires are like new, and there has been several recent repairs in order to pass the last inspection. Small amount of rust on rear panels.
