For sale is this 1992 Toyota MR2 with a turbo swap and a lot of money invested in it! The car is a non-turbo chassis and does have a restore/salvage title which is how it was when I got it. The repairs seem to be very good and when I had a shop align it the said it's straight. The engine is a JDM 3SGTE turbo swap that has been built with Wisco forged pistons, new seals and gaskets, balanced and micro polished crank, ATS high volume oil pump, ARP head studs, Brian Crower stage 3 272 cams, Brian Crower stiffer valve springs with titanium retainers, Ferrea valves, and of course a new timing belt with a new Toyota timing belt tensioner. The engine has 9000 miles since the build and the turbo system has been replaced with a cast T3 manifold, Tial external wastegate, steel braided oil line connecting to a ball bearing Garret T67 turbocharger with T3 exhaust housing. The intake of this turbo is 4"!!! This turbo is also known as a "TO4R" and capable of 600-700 hp. Other goodies include Exedy stage 2 clutch with lightened flywheel, cross drilled rotors all around, Optima red top battery, dual exhaust with down pipe, Energy Suspension motor mounts, new rear wheel bearings, side mount intercooler w/spal fan thats wired to dash, Berk Technologies cold pipe, 8K HID headlights, Tein lowering springs, Konig 17' wheels, blue LED dash lights with Omori electronic boost gauge custom mounted in dash cluster where volt meter used to be, Carbon fiber dash bezel, short shifter with Trust shift knob, 94+ tail lights, 255lph fuel pump with new fuel filter, and a Pioneer cd player connected to JVC component speakers in front. The car has potential to be a powerful car but I have too many cars so this one needs to go unfotunately. As is the car fires right up and drives no problem with the stock injectors, stock ecu, and stock mass air flow sensor. But to truely benifit from all the mods, the car needs some kind of engine managment and a larger fuel system (bigger injectors and a fuel pressure regulator). I am including a OBX high volume top feed fuel rail and a new HKS FCD. I haven't drivin this car much at all since the new turbo was installed and just don't have time to finish the fuel system/engine managment due to other projects so here's your chance to get a rare collector car with tons of money invested at a great price that has huge potential! The front right fender was backed into in a parking lot from a hit and run and the drivers seat is a little torn where you get in but this is a great lil car for someone.
