1999 XK8 Convertible - this is a California car in overall very good condition. Leather interior, dual power seats (with dual memory on driver's side), A/C, Stability (traction) control, AM/FM/Cassette Stereo, cruise control, power tilt and telescope steering wheel. I have two keyless door fobs, two regular keys, and also the special valet key. Maintenance History: This was a Jaguar certified used car when I purchased it. I am the 3rd owner. I have an extensive maintenance history available including all dealer work by prior owners plus my records. Everything is operational except for the CD changer. The windshield and battery have been recently replaced along with two new tires. Transmission was overhauled at about 90,000 miles. A prior owner had a thermostat fail at 27,700 miles which caused the engine to be replaced under warranty. My mechanic has examined the upper chain tensioners and confirmed that this engine does not have the failure prone version. Condition: Paint is very good to excellent. Carpets and mats are very good. Top is in very good and serviceable condition - there are two small holes in the headliner, each less than 1/4 inch in size. The leather is generally good - with the driver's seat (of course) being worn and starting to crack. [A good idea is to get a replacement left side seat cover out of the UK, where of course the right seats get worn.] Overall the interior is good or better. All gauges and controls work. All tires are Michelin Pilot A/S. Terms: Please if at all possible, come and inspect the car - I think you'll find it to be far nicer than you expect.
