This is a 1973 Volvo 1800es Sport wagon very rare only 3070 produced worldwide. Complete frame off restoration 10 years ago with only aprox 10,000 miles since. This Volvo has always been stored and covered. This vehicle is highly collectible, and Classic Volvo Clubs are in every state, as well as a national and international clubs. This was a show car when purchased from the restorer in Dallas. The restorer purchased two Volvo 1800es and completely disassembled both down to every nut and bolt and then proceeded to build his "dream car" I will let you know out front this vehicle is NOT a matching #'s car, engine, transmission, etc. He wanted a dual purpose vehicle, A show car, and a daily driver if needed. This Volvo has complete performance and safety upgrades, brakes, suspension, etc. Except for the Panasport special order rims, the car appears stock in every way. After the vehicle was purchased from the restorer it spent the next 10 years in So. California and is now in NWA. One of the most knowledgeable technicians and authority on this rare car is located in Fayetteville, and all service and needed updates were performed by this technician. I do have all service records associated with this Volvo. Present Condition: Mechanically excellent. Exterior paint considered very good, but the clear coat has a few blemish spots. 8.5 out of 10Interior: Black leather, original brown carpet throughout, it is faded in areas, but in near perfect condition. all gauges function as expected, except clock.
