1987 VW GTI 16V: Ok all you hot rodders out there, here is a great example of a very desirable hard to find GTI 16V. The vehicle was being used by a mature gentleman for a fun. He bought the car about two years ago as a fun commuter car. The original owner said the mileage was around 106k but the odometer had recently stopped. The interior is in great condition with power windows, locks, sun roof and air condition(needs recharge). The car runs and drives just like its supposed to and is still used today. I am listing this for my friend. He has purchased another toy and is hoping to pass this classic on to someone who will appreciate the car. The exterior has some small issues that are easily fixed (see pictures). The tires are relatively new. This car would make a great driver for someone or restoration project or race car.
