ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Oct 11:A number of bidders have asked for details on the accident that appears in the vehicle history... In 2002, a friend was driving the car and pulled too far into a parking space. the front spoiler got caught on the curb and was pulled loose when he backed out. It was fully repaired, but the cost of fixing it was enough to warrant a claim. The same thing happened again a couple years ago, but we just paid for the repair. The vehicle has never been in a collision of any kind, and there is no structural damage. The vehicle was parked outside from Fall 2002 through mid-2004. Since 2004, it has been kept in a private garage in the basement of my building in Manhattan. The most notable imperfections (for me) are...there is only one notable "ding" in the body, just forward of the fuel door.there is some wear (scratches and scuffs) on the front and rear bumpers. this is a cosmetic imperfection only, and easily cleaned up.(happy to send detail photos of the exterior, just email me)information displays have a lot of dead pixels: this is a known problem with the Saabs. I sent the main display to a shop that corrects them two years ago, and it was fixed, but the problem is back. There are a few shops in the Northeast that correct this problem for $75-250.there are some minor scratches around the ignition on the center console because the Saab rep who drove the car for its first 9k miles kept the key on a keychain. If you look for them, you will see them, but they don't substantially detract from the way the interior presents.I've never updated the Eclipse navigation system... I believe you can order a new map dvd that provides up-to-date map information. the system was installed in 2008. I will also be including the following parts that I purchased but never installed in the car...Steering Rack Brace & Clamp Kit: http://www.genuinesaab.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=36Clear Little Fender Blinkers Factory Saab: http://www.genuinesaab.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=32Side cargo net: http://www.partsforsaabs.com/product_info.php?products_id=444In addition to the rubber mats currently installed in the car, I'll be including the original carpet matsDoor Mounted Cup Holder: http://www.stateofnine.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=DoorCupHdlr Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or requests for photos of specific details.
